Maurice Epstein
Head Instructor
Maurice is the Head Instructor at Spondylus Dive Center. With over 20 years of experience in the diving world, he has trained hundreds of divers at various levels, always conveying his passion for the sea and underwater safety. His approach is friendly and patient, combining professionalism with a relaxed atmosphere so that each student enjoys and learns to the fullest on every dive.
Carlos Laos
Instructor
Carlos is a Diving Instructor at Spondylus Dive Center. Passionate about the sea and teaching, he guides each student with dedication and enthusiasm, ensuring they learn safely and enjoyably. His experience and friendly approach make the classes clear, dynamic, and confidence-building both in and out of the water.
Juan Salcedo
Captain
Juan is the captain of our boat and a seasoned artisanal fisherman with extensive experience at sea. He has a perfect understanding of the tides, currents, and winds, ensuring safe and well-planned trips. Furthermore, he is always willing to help divers get equipped and ready, making each outing a comfortable, comprehensive, and confidence-filled experience.

Coordinator
Margot is our coordinator, responsible for welcoming and assisting divers before and after their dive. From the office, she organizes every detail with kindness and efficiency, ensuring everything is ready so you can enjoy your day of diving without any worries.
